Gingerbread, at 11 letters. It does not appear in the three puzzles shown above, but New puzzle can pick it, on the levels with room for a word that long.

Which level should I pick?

Easy is a 10 by 10 grid with words that run left to right or top to bottom, which suits ages 6 to 8. Medium is 13 by 13 and adds diagonals. Hard is 16 by 16 with backward words, for older kids and adults.

Is there a Christmas word search without religious words?
